India is a charismatic young designer + artist with a unique background, blending her UK & US roots with a childhood in Vietnam and south east Asia. She has wide exposure to commercial designers and the entire design manufacturing process from her diverse global work experiences. Now based in London, where she gained her BA and MA in Design, India is a creative force with a passion for blending form, function, and curiosity in her work, excited to enrich the design world.

Her work is all about elevating spaces with character and charm. Drawing inspiration from legendary creators like Achille Castiglioni, Sergio Rodrigues, and Charlotte Perriand, India transforms nostalgic motifs into tangible products that make a statement. Her designs invite you to experience the world with fresh eyes and she believes that the objects surrounding us should do more than serve a purpose—they should spark joy and intrigue by being playful yet contemporary and sophisticated.

India values working with her hands and understanding the craft behind the pieces she designs through prototyping and workshop exposure. She feels it is important to be a hands on designer and understand the mediums you choose to work with. Beyond her interest in product and furniture design, India is also an avid painter who enjoys creating large-scale works with emulsion and experimenting with various mediums, including clay, sewing, textiles, and miniature modelling.

It is without being said that designers and artists have a responsibility for what they bring into the world, which is why India advocates integrating innovative, sustainable materials like kelp into commercial design. She is excited about the potential of emerging materials & material designers and passionate about exploring their capabilities to create a positive future.
